project needs to be rescued. Rapid Project Plan (RPP) is a highly focused Project Management consultative workshop that uses
Microsoft Project and Project Catalyst and leverages the knowledgebase of 6Ds Industry Best Practices or your organization's
internal methods to help you accelerate the development of realistic project plans including tasks, resources, estimates,
risk identification and major deliverables. RPP ensures that the team members and key stakeholders share a common and
clear understanding of their mission, roles, risks and steps defined in their plans. RPP
workshop combines Project Management principles with process
management to accelerate the development of an actual project plan
and major deliverables for your project. It is a very focused and
"time-boxed" approach that combines the elements of training with
the best practices to create actual project deliverables.
