Methodology and Process Management Training
Methodology and Process
Management principles are important to ensure that all stakeholders have
a common understanding of the approach the teams/organization will be
taking to complete projects. This not only includes the tasks and the
order in which they will be performed, but also includes roles and
responsibilities of the stakeholders in performing the tasks. The
advantages of reusable processes and standardized deliverables cannot be
overstated in terms of improving quality and reducing rework. The
classes included in Methodology and Process Management Training use the
6D Solutions Framework methodology and the Project Management methodology to
provide students with a full picture of how methods are used to
accelerate, manage, control and deliver projects. 6D Tech has
learned over the years that the methodology must be simple in structure
and easy to read and navigate. These principles are discussed in our
courses.
