Software Training

Microsoft Project Training

We provide hands-on courses designed to meet the needs of the key roles in your organization that interact with Microsoft Project (including Project Managers, Team Members, Resource Managers, Executives, and Administrators).

6D Project Catalyst Training

We provide training on our own software product suite, 6D Project Catalyst. These tools extend beyond the scope of Project Management into Process Content Management giving users the ability to effectively author reusable processes and deploy them throughout the organization.

Process Training

Project Management Training

We are pleased to provide two courses in the area of Project Management: a Project Management Fundamentals course is for those needing to understand and put in practice the disciplines of Project Management. The PMI Project Lifecycle course takes a project manager through the steps of building and managing project plans that are based on a PMI Project Lifecycle.

Methodology and Process Management Training

Those who have purchased 6D Solutions Framework (a library of reusable processes) will want to benefit from training in both an Introduction to Methods as well as the Framework Overview.

For organizations interested in developing their own process asset library, 6D provides a Methodology Development course that teaches the principles of practical process development.

Finally, for those wishing to combine training with hands-on methods development 6D provides a Rapid Project Planning workshop. This workshop uses a combination of training and coaching to quickly develop a process that can be used in your organization.
